About The Position

Window Nation is growing and seeking driven, competitive sales professionals to build a high-income career. This is a field-based role with pre-set appointments and uncapped earnings, supporting homeowners throughout South Florida, primarily in areas like Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Margate, Lighthouse Point, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and surrounding communities. Candidates based within this region are strongly preferred due to travel requirements. This role is best suited for candidates comfortable working independently and spending significant time in the field, often traveling 80+ miles one way and working evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability. If you're looking for a local, low-travel, or "9-5" role, this may not be the right fit.

Requirements

1+ year of customer-facing sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and disciplined work style
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet insurance requirements
Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

In-home sales experience (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, home improvement)
Commission-based or high-performance sales experience
Territory or route-based sales experience

Responsibilities

Run pre-set, in-home sales appointments (no cold calling)
Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet homeowners
Deliver professional product presentations and help homeowners select the right solution
Provide estimates, discuss financing options, and guide customers through next steps
