About The Position

Window Nation is seeking driven, competitive sales professionals for a field-based Outside Sales Representative role. This position offers pre-set appointments and unlimited income potential, with top performers earning six figures. The role involves traveling throughout South Florida, primarily in areas like Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Margate, Lighthouse Point, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and surrounding communities, to meet homeowners, deliver product presentations, provide estimates, discuss financing, and guide customers through the sales process. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable working independently, spending significant time in the field, and traveling extensively. It requires working evenings and weekends to accommodate homeowner availability. This is not a local, low-travel, or "9-5" position.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and disciplined work style
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to meet insurance requirements
  • Willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • In-home sales experience (windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, home improvement)
  • Commission-based or high-performance sales experience
  • Territory or route-based sales experience
