Requirements

Willingness to travel to meet with clients and develop business opportunities.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Familiarity with the industrial marketplace in the territory and surrounding areas, including key industry players and trends.
Knowledge of Power Transmission components (sprockets, gears, sheaves, pulleys) and/or Bulk Material Handling equipment (screw conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, conveyor pulleys).
Proven success in outside sales, with a track record of selling to an established distributor base and achieving sales targets.
Experience conducting product training and sales presentations to educate customers and showcase product value.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business, identify potential customers, and create long-lasting relationships.
Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude, capable of understanding and solving moderate to complex problems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
Commitment to exceptional customer service, always prioritizing client satisfaction.
Proficient with computers and skilled in organization and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Industrial Power Transmission components (sprockets, gears, sheaves, pulleys) and/or Bulk Material Handling equipment (screw conveyors, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, conveyor pulleys) to both new and existing distributor accounts throughout the territory.
Conduct product training and sales presentations to educate customers on product features, proper use, and maintenance, ensuring they understand the value and functionality of our solutions.
Develop new business opportunities by actively seeking out and building relationships with new customers, while maintaining and strengthening partnerships with current clients to deliver excellent service.
Provide comprehensive support, offering technical and non-technical guidance to clients on operating, maintaining, and applying parts and equipment, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success.
