About The Position

Outside Sales Representative for the Northeast Florida/Space Coast Territory-Existing Account Base~ We are hiring a Technically Proficient Outside Sales Representative for the Northeast Florida and Space Coast territory. As an Outside Sales Representative with Solares Controls, a division of FCX Performance, you will establish new and expand existing relationships with current customers as part of our outside sales team. With a broad range of products from leading manufacturers at your disposal, you’ll spend time interacting with your customers in determining their process flow control and instrumentation requirements while providing comprehensive solutions to meet those needs. You’ll have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results!

Requirements

• Proven Outside Sales within the industrial marketplace preferred.
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Self-motivated & aggressive in sales tactics and strategies; desire to close sales!
• Technical/flow control industry; valves, instrumentation-actuators, steam and heat systems, knowledge preferred.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Computer proficiency including MS office, Epicor P21 a plus!

Responsibilities

• Retain existing customers for repeat business while developing new customers for growth.
• Successfully learn and sell company products and services to customers
• Provide technical and application consultative services.
• Be a competitive, strategic, highly organized, and technically savvy opportunity hunter in your approach to managing your territory.
• Maintain sales records, pipeline reporting, and generate relevant sales and market reports on a quarterly, annual, and as needed basis.
• Responsible for helping set sales target goals and marketing strategy.
