About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for a metrics-driven professional who thrives in a structured environment, takes ownership of performance, and excels in relationship-based sales. You will focus on building long-term client relationships, identifying client needs, and guiding prospects through a consultative sales process — not aggressive or transactional selling.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of outside sales or client-facing experience preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong discipline in tracking and managing metrics and performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects within assigned territory
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Execute a consultative, relationship-first sales approach
  • Track all activities, pipeline stages, and outcomes using CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed defined KPIs and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Provide weekly reporting on metrics, forecasts, and performance
