About The Position

Quality Conveyor Solutions (QCS) provides conveyor products, fabrication, and on-site service to industries like food processing, packaging, distribution, and manufacturing. We’re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative who can manage a high-activity territory—developing new business, supporting existing customers, and delivering solutions that improve efficiency and uptime.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B outside sales (industrial, packaging, material handling, or related field preferred)
  • General knowledge of conveyor systems or mechanical components
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and follow-through
  • Driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Work with operations, maintenance, and purchasing teams
  • Recommend conveyor components, systems, and service solutions
  • Manage multiple opportunities and shorter sales cycles
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver responsive, accurate solutions
  • Be active in the field and responsive to customer needs
