About The Position

This role is responsible for material handling tasks within the warehouse, operating on three shifts (morning, evening, and graveyard) and potentially up to 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The position requires the ability to work any available shift and involves significant physical exertion. Team members are encouraged to apply for internal growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to work the shift available (B, C, or D shift).
• Must be willing to work up to 7 days a week, including overnight shifts.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States.
• Must pass a urinalysis screening as part of the post-offer health assessment.
• Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson have a 180-day rehire waiting period and a 3-time rehire limit.

Responsibilities

• Push, pull, carry, or lift boxes weighing from 40 to 110 pounds.
• Stand for 8-12 hours a day.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 30 to 42 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Lift and stack boxes on a pallet from ground level to a height of 6 feet in a structured pattern to ensure pallet stability.
