About The Position

GoNetspeed is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is field-based and involves direct customer interaction in local neighborhoods to promote and sell fiber internet, home phone, and streaming TV services. The ideal candidate is self-driven, enjoys working independently and outdoors, and is motivated by uncapped commission potential. GoNetspeed is a rapidly growing fiber internet provider committed to connecting communities.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM–7 PM, 40 hours/week
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally
• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75–100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25–49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75–100%)

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face to face through door to door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed
