About The Position

This is an entry-level sales + field marketing role where you’ll be out in neighborhoods, talking to homeowners, building confidence, and getting paid while you learn how sales actually works. As an Entry-Level Sales & Field Marketing Representative, you are the first impression of Renewal by Andersen. You’ll be going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods, talking with homeowners (no hard selling), creating interest and setting appointments for our Sales Team, tracking your activity using company-provided canvassing tech, and learning sales fundamentals that can lead to higher-earning roles. This role is independent, high-energy, and performance-driven the more consistent you are, the more you earn. This job is not for someone looking for an easy hourly paycheck. It is for someone who wants real earning potential, sales experience that actually translates, and career growth with a company that invests in training.

Requirements

• Driver’s Licenses are Required
• Physically active and comfortable walking 7–10 miles/day
• Motivated by earning more, not just clocking in
• Can handle rejection and keep moving forward
• Like working independently but still want team support
• Coachable and open to feedback
• See this as a stepping stone, not a dead end
