About The Position

Garcia Roofing is a well-known residential roofing company seeking Outside Sales Representatives. The role involves selling roof repairs and replacements, and then overseeing the projects from sale to completion. The compensation structure offers a choice between a salary plus commission or a full commission plan. Current representatives are averaging an annualized income of approximately $133,000, with most earning between $80,000 and $125,000+, and top performers exceeding $200,000+. New hires on the Full Commission Only plan will receive $500 per week in training pay for the first eight weeks. An additional monthly vehicle allowance of $500 is provided for those using an approved personal truck, along with a higher commission rate.

Requirements

Strong follow-up habits and the ability to stay organized with leads and customers
Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to manage appointments, follow-ups, and sold projects independently

Responsibilities

Inspect, measure, and estimate residential roofs
Meet with homeowners, present options, and close sales
Consistently follow up with leads and customers
Manage every job you sell through completion
Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact
Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
Support operations during slower periods, canvass
