About The Position

Garcia Roofing is a leading residential roofing company seeking Outside Sales Representatives to sell roof repairs and replacements. The role involves managing sold projects through completion. We offer flexible compensation options: choose between a salary plus commission or a full commission structure. Current representatives are averaging an annualized pace of approximately $133,000, with most earning between $80,000 and $125,000+, and top performers reaching over $200,000+. New hires on the Full Commission Only track will receive $500 per week in training pay for the first eight weeks. Additionally, if you use an approved personal truck, you'll receive a $500 monthly vehicle allowance and a higher commission rate.

Requirements

• Strong follow-up habits and the ability to stay organized with leads and customers
• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to manage appointments, follow-ups, and sold projects independently

• Sales or construction experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Inspect, measure, and estimate residential roofs
• Meet with homeowners, present options, and close sales
• Consistently follow up with leads and customers
• Manage every job you sell through completion
• Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
• Support operations during slower periods, canvass
