About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with existing customers within an assigned territory. This role will focus on selling a wide range of products, including welders, frame racks, lifts, rivet guns, and ADAS systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair equipment, particularly welders, frame racks, lifts, rivet guns, and ADAS systems.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Ability to explain complex technical products and solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative and time management.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet with customers, as well as occasional travel for trade shows and industry events.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience selling automotive repair equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong network and relationships within the automotive repair industry.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and trends related to ADAS calibration systems.
