This position will support the region from Kamloops through to Kitimat, including the surrounding Interior and Northern BC areas. The role involves identifying business opportunities, maximizing sales, suggesting alternative products, responding to customer needs, developing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships, and tracking customer profitability. Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities with existing and potential customers based on criteria established by the Business Centre Manager.
Maximize sales to all customers.
Suggest alternative and complementary products.
Respond to customer needs and find appropriate solutions, based on the circumstances.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
Maintain an excellent knowledge of customers, products and the competition.
Track customer profitability and credit levels.
Inform the Manager about any negative trends.
Work with the team to understand strengths and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve the brand promise.
