Requirements

  • College degree from an accredited university
  • Superior computer skills with Word, Excel and internet
  • Have an outgoing sales and customer service personality
  • Strong leadership skills and attention to details
  • Be self-directed and result-oriented
  • Great organizational skills and multi-tasking
  • Clean driving record
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Territory builder
  • 3+ years of experience in rental distribution / construction sales

  • extensive trench shoring experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support construction, fabrication, and equipment projects.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and results
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
