About The Position

We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative who's ready to hit the road with us! This isn't your typical office job - you'll be the face of Greater Atlanta Auto Auction, building relationships across Georgia and the Southeast while driving real business growth. If you love variety, enjoy meeting new people, and get energized by achieving sales goals, this could be your perfect fit.

Requirements

• Sales experience or auction/automotive industry experience (ideally both, but one is essential!)
• Clean driving record with unrestricted license (you'll be driving on our behalf across Georgia)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Familiarity with the greater Atlanta area and Georgia automotive market a plus

Responsibilities

• Be our road warrior - traveling to franchise and independent dealerships weekly across the greater Atlanta region
• Master the art of door-to-door sales and relationship building with dealers
• Make strategic cold calls to identify new consignment opportunities
• Build lasting partnerships that drive mutual success for our Wednesday sales
• Coordinate vehicle transportation pickups like a logistics pro
• Monitor check-in processes and create detailed condition reports
• Handle arbitration when needed (we'll teach you our proven process!)
• Manage online listings to maximize vehicle exposure through our simulcast platform
• Be present on auction sale days (Wednesdays) to support operations and clients
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and emails (your dealers count on you!)
• Foster account growth through exceptional service and strategic thinking
• Help dealers understand our online bidding platform and simulcast capabilities
