About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative will sell test & Inspection and monitoring services offered by the company to current and new clientele. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR one year of fire protection experience required.
  • Resilience and persistence with rejection.
  • Strong presentation & interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive, self-driven, thrives on achieving stretch goals.
  • Must be able to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
  • Prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and territory development.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
  • Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
