Outside Sales Representative - Roofing & Home Exteriors
About The Position
Cenvar is seeking competitive, self-motivated Sales Representatives to evaluate homeowner needs, present exterior remodeling solutions, and close business. Roofing or construction experience is not required as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build trust, stay organized, and follow a proven sales process. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass a background check
- High school diploma/GED
- Comfortable safely climbing roofs, entering attics, and inspecting home exteriors.
Nice To Haves
- Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to inspect exteriors (including walking roofs and entering attics).
- Recommend solutions, present clear estimates/pricing, and close sales.
- Manage your calendar, pipeline, CRM records, and follow-up diligently.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
