Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into Nashville and is seeking motivated, competitive individuals for an Outside Sales Representative role. No prior roofing experience is necessary, as the company provides comprehensive paid training, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing mentorship covering roofing sales, storm restoration, customer service, and project coordination. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach and referrals
• Perform complimentary roof and exterior property inspections
• Identify and document potential storm-related damage
• Take photos and gather project information
• Educate homeowners on the roofing and insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Maintain consistent communication with customers
• Coordinate restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Build strong customer relationships
• Generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
