About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into Nashville and seeking motivated, competitive individuals for an Outside Sales Representative role. This position offers the opportunity to build a high-income career with significant advancement potential. No prior roofing experience is necessary, as the company provides comprehensive paid training, including hands-on field coaching and ongoing mentorship. The role focuses on roofing sales, storm restoration, customer service, and project coordination. Ideal candidates are confident in speaking with people, possess a strong work ethic, and desire an income that directly reflects their performance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach and referrals
• Perform complimentary roof and exterior property inspections
• Identify and document potential storm-related damage
• Take photos and gather project information
• Educate homeowners on the roofing and insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Maintain consistent communication with customers
• Coordinate restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Build strong customer relationships
• Generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
