About The Position

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Waukegan area to represent Constellation Energy, the nation's largest producer of carbon-free energy. This is an in-person, B2B field sales role where you will work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. The role offers full-time W-2 employment with guaranteed base pay and uncapped commission, with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule. The company provides paid training and emphasizes a career path with opportunities for advancement into senior sales and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
• 18 years or older, able to work full-time in the Waukegan and surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Work an assigned territory in the greater Waukegan, visiting local businesses in person
• Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy while locking in fixed energy rates with Constellation Energy for both electric and natural gas utilities
• Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business
• Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager
