We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to own and grow sales in Midland, TX, building strong customer relationships while expanding our footprint with new accounts.

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of industrial sales experience
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working in industrial environments
Strong communicator who can build credibility with plant managers, maintenance teams, and buyers
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
Experience with sales of hose, pipe, fittings, gaskets, etc., or closely related products is preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively developing new business.
Uncover customer needs, recommend solutions, and become a trusted partner.
Source new opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet or exceed revenue and margin goals with the support of experienced leadership.
Recommend hose, pipe, and related products based on real-world applications.
Investigate customer challenges and deliver practical, value-driven solutions.
Keep up with industry trends, products, and best practices.
Work closely with operations, customer service, and technical teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain accurate records, quotes, and customer interactions.
