About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a flourishing industry with unlimited earning potential. This role offers a base salary, uncapped commissions, and comprehensive benefits. The position involves selling Digital Marketing solutions, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business through client retention and account management, performing virtual and in-person presentations, and building strong client relationships across various industries. The role offers a hybrid sales environment, requiring both home office and in-field work. Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, with ongoing company-wide support. Year 1 on-target earnings are estimated between $90,000-$100,000, with Year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000-$120,000, plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
  • Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
