About The Position

AKE Safety Equipment, a market-leading fire safety equipment manufacturing and sales company founded in 1989, operates nationally with a large network of dealers and sales representatives. We are seeking confident, driven, and experienced outside sales representatives located in agricultural areas nationwide. Our sales representatives are road warriors who sell STOP-FYRE directly to farmers by traveling farm-to-farm. Our average Sales Representatives consistently earned $90,816 and our top performers earned over $200,000 annually in commission selling STOP-FYRE ® The World's Best Fire Extinguisher ® direct to farmers within their protected territory. We are extremely selective and only allow the best salespeople to join our team. We never charge our salespeople anything to work for us, and our salespeople do not buy their products from us in order to sell. Our sales representatives are compensated with a 100% straight commission structure and are also offered significant weekly performance bonuses. Requirements

  • Experienced hunters who can prove successes.

  • Must be located in agricultural areas nationwide.
  • Must be willing to travel farm-to-farm.
  • Must have many years of sales experience.
  • Must be extremely competitive.
  • Must have a connection to the Agricultural community (grew up on a farm, worked on a farm, or done business with farmers regularly).
  • Must have a background in construction and/or excavation (worked in construction, sold to the construction industry, sold for a construction company, or owned their own construction business).
  • Must be entrepreneurial (independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and business minded).
  • Must be committed to helping others (often times have worked as a firefighter, law enforcement, military or EMT).
