Outside Sales Representative - Residential
About The Position
This is an outside sales, commission-based position (exempt) across all locations. As an Outside Sales Representative & Design Consultant, you'll run in-home consultations with residential homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close, on the same visit. We set you up to succeed with company-generated leads––no lead generation or door-knocking required! Every new hire completes a paid training program before stepping into the field. You'll learn a proven in-home sales methodology. We start our new team members on a rolling monthly basis with training starting the second Monday of each month. Every one of our companies is in an active growth phase. The person who joins now has a real opportunity to make an early impact, and to be rewarded for it. Candidates for this role must be located in the Denver, CO metro area.
