Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator position. This role is ideal for someone who dislikes desk work and enjoys interacting with people, has a history of exceeding sales goals, and thrives on winning. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for surveying, estimating, and advising clients on pest control options. This involves conducting home evaluations, which may include accessing tight spaces like attics and assessing damage. You will leverage your sales expertise to propose solutions, recommend services, and clearly communicate their benefits. The role offers variety, with new clients and locations each day, and requires a professional and positive attitude to ensure success in inspections and customer acquisition.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
Customer service experience
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
Basic math skills

Responsibilities

Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options.
Perform home evaluations, including crawling into tight spaces like attics and assessing damage.
Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits.
