About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative position at Hibu offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions and a base salary, targeting a first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $90,000-$100,000. Hibu provides comprehensive, best-in-class training for both experienced sales professionals and those new to sales, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training. The role involves growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed, becoming a digital marketing expert, and developing consultative sales approaches to build long-term client relationships across various industries.
