Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. They 'live the brand' by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company's offerings and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience. This role is hiring immediately in the Greater Cincinnati area, and Sales Consultants in Covington, Newport, Mariemont, and other nearby towns are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business
Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up
Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
