About The Position
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Columbus area to represent Constellation Energy, the nation's largest producer of carbon-free energy. This is an in-person, B2B field sales role where you will work your own territory, meet local business owners face-to-face, and show them how a fixed-rate energy plan from a Fortune 200 supplier protects them from rising rates. This is a full-time W-2 position with guaranteed base pay and uncapped commission, offering a career path with opportunities for advancement within Sales Focus Inc.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Comfort starting face-to-face conversations with business owners
- Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance
- 18 years or older, able to work full-time in the Columbus and surrounding area

Responsibilities
- Work an assigned territory in the greater Columbus, visiting local businesses in person
- Engage with owners and decision makers about the benefits of deregulated energy while locking in fixed energy rates with Constellation Energy for both electric and natural gas utilities
- Close sales on the spot and build your own book of business
- Track your pipeline with coaching and support from a local sales manager
