About The Position
We are hiring high performing Outside Sales Representatives (In Home Sales) to join our May 26 sales training class. This is a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who want to earn $150,000+ using a proven sales system, company-provided leads, and strong operational support. This role involves meeting face-to-face with homeowners to educate them on home remodeling solutions and guide them through a consultative sales experience. Responsibilities include conducting in-home sales presentations, educating customers on remodeling options, building trust, establishing rapport, guiding decision-making, working high-intent leads, assessing customer needs, recommending tailored solutions, handling objections, closing sales agreements, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Strong communicator with in-person sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with commission-based earnings
- Confident handling objections and closing deals
- Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven
- Reliable transportation and availability for appointments
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales presentations with homeowners
