About The Position
We are looking for a driven, reliable, and trainable Outside Sales Consultant to support homeowners with foundation repair and waterproofing solutions. This W-2 position offers excellent commission potential, company-provided appointments, and opportunities to develop additional business through local networking and referral relationships. Ram Jack Foundation Solutions is a trusted provider of residential and commercial foundation repair and waterproofing services throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction sales, home services sales, or in-home sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable using mobile applications and sales technology
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel to appointments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Foundation repair or waterproofing sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at company-scheduled appointments
- Perform foundation evaluations and prepare proposals using company software and tools
- Follow established sales procedures, pricing guidelines, and closing strategies
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Secure deposits and coordinate with operations and production teams
- Generate additional opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts
- Represent the Ram Jack brand professionally at all times
