About The Position

Omni Fiber is a fast-growing fiber internet company that's transforming how communities connect. Our Outside Sales Representatives play a key role in bringing cutting-edge, reliable internet directly to customers' doorsteps. In this role, you'll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve. This position supports the Louisville region, primarily working within Columbiana, Dover, Leetonia, Louisville, New Philadelphia, Salem, Sebring, and Strausburg. and surrounding areas. Due to the dynamic nature of our growth, territories may shift based on business needs-giving you the opportunity to expand your reach and impact. No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success from day one.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
  • Use of a personal vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

  • Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
  • Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
  • Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
  • Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards

  • Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
