About The Position
Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team and bring cutting-edge, reliable fiber internet directly to customers' doorsteps. In this role, you will engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve. This position supports the Dover region, primarily working within New Philadelphia, Dover, Strasburg and surrounding areas. Territories may shift based on business needs, offering opportunities to expand your reach and impact. Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided, making prior sales experience unnecessary.
Requirements
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
- Use of a personal vehicle is required.

- Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
- Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
- Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
- Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards

- Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
