About The Position

We are a leading integrator of commercial-grade electronic security solutions located in Central Virginia. Our portfolio includes access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and high-security locksmith services. We are known for our technical excellence and white-glove service approach. We are seeking an experienced, high performing outside sales representative to drive new business development. This role will focus on acquiring and expanding accounts in commercial and industrial markets, including property management, education, healthcare, government sectors, and more.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B solution sales, preferably in electronic security or low-voltage systems
  • Emphasis of Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) and Service Maintenance Agreements (SMA)
  • Commission based on percentage of gross profit per project
  • Strong knowledge of physical security technologies
  • Highly organized and goal-driven
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new business for access control, CCTV, and security systems
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline and forecast revenue
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with design engineers and project managers
