Outside Sales Representitive
About The Position
Aurum Wireless is rapidly expanding its AT&T Business division and is seeking aggressive, money-motivated sales professionals who desire a genuine opportunity to earn six figures. This role involves prospecting businesses, generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. It is not suitable for individuals uncomfortable with approaching strangers, facing rejection, or working independently. The position is ideal for competitive, coachable, and driven individuals who are looking for a long-term sales career. Average deal commissions are approximately $900+, and new representatives frequently close multiple accounts weekly.
Requirements
- Sales experience strongly preferred
- Driver's License and a car is required
- Strong communication skills
- Must be comfortable with field sales and in-person prospecting
- Self-motivated and performance driven
- Must live near the posted market, but not required
Responsibilities
- Sell AT&T Business services to local businesses
- Prospect and generate your own opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners
- Conduct in-person appointments and field visits
- Close wireless, internet, and additional business solutions
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Hit performance goals and grow with the company
