About The Position

We currently have an opening for a full-time Outside Sales Representative at our collision center in Randolph, MA. DeVivo Companies delivers comprehensive transportation, fleet, and equipment solutions, serving the Northeast for over a century. Our capabilities span fleet maintenance and repair, school and commercial bus sales and service, truck and trailer equipment—including towing, refrigerated transport, yard trucks, and specialty vehicle builds—as well as a full Parts & Tools operation supporting daily maintenance needs. Requirements

  • Strong sales orientation with proven experience in outside sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel locally.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-road cold calls to potential new and established customers to grow the client base.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, providing clear explanations of the repair process and service capabilities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for fleet maintenance, paint, and graphics services.
  • Meet with prospective clients offsite to provide high-level service estimates and build relationships.
