About The Position
Rasa Floors, a leader in the multifamily flooring industry for over 30 years, is seeking driven Account Managers to build a sales career. This role offers the opportunity to develop a territory, cultivate long-term customer relationships, and achieve significant earning potential, with first-year compensation guaranteed at $70,000 and potential to exceed $150,000. We welcome candidates with sales experience or transferable skills from industries like construction, property management, or building materials, provided they possess the drive to succeed.
Requirements
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory

- Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Develop new business within an assigned territory
- Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
- Build relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers
- Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs
- Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business
- Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue
- Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience
