The Hanes Companies in Grapevine, TX, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join their team.

Requirements

Able to operate office equipment.
Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Must be able to follow verbal & written instructions.
Four (4) year degree or equivalent work experience.
Highly motivated/self starter.
Commitment to Management System and Continuous Improvement process.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships at assigned accounts.
Introduce new products to assigned accounts.
Maintain and grow business in assigned territory by sampling, quoting, problems solving, and making sales presentations.
Gather competitive information from the field and communicate it back to Hanes’ management.
Achieve sales budget at assigned accounts.
Participate in the continuous quality process.
Conform to all quality/safety requirements and procedures.
Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Identify and stop further processing of nonconformances and take action to prevent non-conformances related to products produced, processes, services provided or the Quality/Environmental Management System.
Bring forth suggestions and participate in continuous improvement process and verify the implementation of solutions.
Conform to all quality/safety/environmental requirements and procedures.
