About The Position

Wisper ISP is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative to help bring reliable high-speed internet services to local communities while building a rewarding, high-earning career. As our Outside Sales Representative, you'll earn a competitive base salary of $31,500-$40,000 annually, plus $175 per successful installation after your first 3 weekly installs. Our top performers regularly earn six figures or more, with additional incentives and bonus opportunities available. This is a full-time position working 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional weekends and adjust hours as needed to meet customer needs. In this role, you'll spend your days engaging with homeowners throughout assigned territories, introducing them to Wisper ISP's internet solutions and helping them find the services that best fit their needs. You'll represent the company at community events, local gatherings, and pop-up opportunities, creating meaningful connections while generating new business.

Requirements

• Computer literate with familiarity of in-home electronics, computers, and high-speed internet
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Well organized, detail-orientated, and process driven
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person
• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships
• Dependable and eager to learn
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Ability to work independently and outdoors year-round
• Ability to drive safely and qualify for company driving insurance after 90 days
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Regular and predictable attendance

Nice To Haves

• Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred.
