Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Service Partners is seeking an ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Associate to join their fast-growing business. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own territory, achieve high performance, and earn uncapped commissions. The Outside Sales Rep will act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division, focusing on aggressively growing sales and promoting the Service Partners brand. Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes).
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
- Comprehension of construction drawings.
- Must be able to perform prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
- Must have good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division.
- Aggressively grow sales and promote the Service Partners brand.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity within your assigned territory.
- Deliver excellent presentations, negotiations, and communication (both verbal and written).
- Utilize proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
- Perform any other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.
