About The Position

We are hiring a hunter-minded sales representative to grow our presence in the market and Construct Lives within our community. You’ll be selling skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable people. In other words, you’re selling a service people are already familiar with and NEED. This role involves prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents, meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices, consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts, and partnering with the operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction. Once fully trained, you'll start your days from home and end your days at home. The role also includes attending networking events such as golf tournaments, clay shoots, and lunch & learns.

Requirements

Comfortable on a construction site or walking into a GC’s trailer
Grit, hustle, and a love for face-to-face relationship building
Organized, proactive, and motivated by commission
Basic tech skills (CRM, email, texting platforms)

Staffing, construction, or trades-related sales experience

Responsibilities
