About The Position

As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter) , you’ll start in the field, meeting homeowners and introducing them to R3’s services. Your primary role is simple: offer complimentary property inspections . You do not perform the inspection yourself. Once the homeowner agrees, you hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer) —who conducts the inspection and finalizes the contingency agreement. This structure allows you to excel at what you do best: meeting people, building rapport, and creating high-quality leads that convert into sales. Requirements
- A self-driven, motivated attitude— no prior sales experience required
- Willingness to work outdoors and knock doors 5 days per week
- Strong communication and people skills
- Coachability and eagerness to grow
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods during our “hours of success”
- Offer complimentary property inspections (you book appointments; the Closer handles inspections)
- Maintain strong communication and a smooth handoff process with your assigned Closer
- Build trust and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Generate referrals and repeat business through professionalism and service
- Show up daily with energy, positivity, and a growth-focused mindset
