Nextep’s outside sales role is for goal-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping businesses succeed. Our sales representatives are the frontline of Nextep, responsible for building relationships and making valuable connections daily. They collaborate with decision-makers from businesses of all sizes to enhance the employment experience and improve people's lives. In this role, you will build relationships with business owners and leaders, conduct research to understand client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close sales deals. A typical day involves making sales calls, guiding prospects through the sales process, delivering IPs and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to qualify prospects. You will also effectively manage your sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools, and stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.
