About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its Pump & Power division. The primary function of this role is to generate profitable sales from the rental of large generators, air compressors, temperature control equipment, and desiccant dehumidifiers. This position targets the commercial market segment, serving customers with short-term or long-term equipment needs for various projects and industries such as sandblasting, industrial coating, painting, power plants, manufacturing, large venues, special events, facility maintenance, tent and party rentals, remediation/restoration, general contracting, HVAC, electrical contracting, construction drying, generator services, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, and college campuses. Requirements

B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry required
Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills a must.
Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Power Generation and testing equipment background highly desirable

Responsibilities

Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, specifically Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers.
Cater to the Commercial market segment, serving customers with consistent equipment use for short-term or long-term projects.
Effectively give presentations and business reviews to management.
