About The Position

Staff Zone is seeking a hunter-minded Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the market and Construct Lives within our community. You will be selling skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable people. This role involves prospecting, building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents, meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices, consistently closing new business, expanding current accounts, and managing a book of business to grow your territory. The ideal candidate has grit, hustle, and a love for face-to-face relationship building, and is comfortable on a construction site or walking into a GC's trailer. Basic tech skills are also required.

Attending Networking Events (golf tournaments, clay shoots, lunch & learns, etc.)
