Responsibilities
- Conduct sewer camera inspections and diagnose main line issues
- Clearly explain problems and recommended solutions to homeowners
- Prepare detailed estimates, sketches, and written proposals
- Present options confidently and close approved work
- Identify opportunities for additional services when appropriate
- Build strong customer relationships through trust and professionalism
- Coordinate with plumbing teams to ensure smooth job execution
- Maintain accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets
- Operate all equipment safely and responsibly
