About The Position

At Blades of Green, we are passionate about creating beautiful, healthy lawns and keeping homes pest-free. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven Outside Sales Rep to help us grow our loyal customer base, one home at a time! Our competitive salary structure (base pay + uncapped commission) allows you to earn based on your efforts! This is a salaried, exempt position with uncapped commission, offering unlimited earning potential. We equip our field sales reps with Siro, an AI-powered sales tool that provides real-time insights and helps them focus on what matters most - building relationships and closing deals; use of this technology is a required part of the role.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to find and assess potential sales opportunities
  • Ability to build client relationships and provide client service
  • Data entry skills with a mobile device or tablet
  • Mathematical skill to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, percentages, area and volume
  • May be required to secure a solicitor's license based on geographic area
  • May be required to work outside of normal schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, as it may be necessary to fulfil the duties or the needs of the business.
  • Expected to have regular attendance for scheduled shifts, and to notify supervisor within a timely manner of absenteeism or tardiness
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance as outlined in Blades of Green's employee handbook. Follow safety regulations and work in a safe manner

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs, provide cost estimates and bids for services.
  • Sell programs and services to present and prospective customers.
  • Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertising campaigns, community activities, and other resources.
  • Follows established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Senske products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts utilizing resources and tools provided.
  • Maintains call records, account status, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Prepares and maintains proper sales reports.
  • Conducts retention and service calls.
  • Contact customers to measure satisfaction after service is completed or to assist by answering their questions and service concerns.
  • Works to resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
