About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) for its Flooring Solutions division. The OSR will be responsible for generating profitable business within their assigned territory, focusing on the range of equipment specialized by the profit center. This includes developing the territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base, and contributing to the national Sunbelt branding identity. The role requires a solution-selling approach and the ability to learn engineering concepts, along with strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry.
2+ years of direct sales experience.
Solution-selling approach.
Technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts.
Project management skills.
New business development skills.
Customer retention skills.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
