About The Position

Seek out new opportunities within territories on top of developing and maintaining strong current customer relationships. This role involves managing scaffolding projects from start to finish, analyzing customer needs, determining appropriate equipment and labor, and estimating costs.

Requirements

Associates Degree or prior sales experience
Prior outside sales experience and/or customer service experience
Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
Ability to read architectural plans
Proficiency in use of computer programs including Word, Excel, Outlook
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record
Authorization to work in the US with the ability to obtain clearance onto Federal job sites

Nice To Haves

Construction-related experience
Previous experience in scaffold erection or sales
Completion of the OSHA 30 course for construction

Responsibilities

Develop existing accounts and seek new business via cold calling or other strategic selling solutions.
Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.
Consult and problem solve to enhance the Company's position in existing and target accounts.
Manage scaffolding projects from start to finish.
Analyze the customer's needs, determine the appropriate equipment to meet those needs, then estimate the appropriate amount of equipment and the labor required to erect and dismantle the scaffold.
