Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Commercial Evaluator position for commercial accounts. This role is ideal for someone who dislikes desk work, enjoys interacting with people, has a history of exceeding sales goals, and thrives on winning. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling services
  • Basic math skills

Responsibilities

  • Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on their pest control options.
  • Perform property inspections to assess pest prevention needs.
  • Offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain associated benefits.
  • Build strong rapport and network with potential commercial customers.
  • Keep appointments as scheduled and perform prompt follow-up.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude to ensure success in inspections and gaining new customers.
