The Outside Sales Rep is responsible for executing and delivering upon a defined set of Best Business Practices for the role, which includes prospecting, planning, prioritizing, territory management, sales, and developing leads and opportunities. The role requires the use of the Curbell Selling System, CRM, and other sales tools. Key responsibilities involve creating, implementing, and executing a sales plan to increase market share within a specific territory. The rep will develop strong relationships with strategic customers to maintain and grow sales and margin, develop proposals, contracts, and agreements for long-term business, introduce new materials and educate customers on their use, and acquire new customers through prospecting and lead follow-up. Additionally, the role involves selling value-added services and solutions.
